We hire 8-10 undergraduates each year to pursue innovative, industry-driven applied research projects. These projects provide students with the opportunity to grow and learn in a different way, and to pursue high-risk, high-reward research ventures.
Undergrads can take any of the 300 and 400 level courses listed under the "Courses" page as well as many of the graduate level courses with permission from the instructor. In addition, students may pursue a Minor or Area of Special Interest (ASI) in Underground Construction & Tunneling at Colorado School of Mines. Plese review the online bulletin for the most current information on the program.
